• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 1,00,000

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on rc999. Any violation may result in account termination.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets must be confirmed before the odds change.
• Rc999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• In a parlay or combo bet, all selections must be correct — if any selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

Rc999 reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual betting patterns or coordinated betting across multiple accounts is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Rc999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Rc999 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus or Promotion Abuse
• Engaging in cheating, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Being a minor or betting on behalf of another person
• System hacking or exploiting software vulnerabilities

Any legitimate funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned after the investigation is complete. You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team.
